Wedding Dress Credit Terms

Client is eligible to receive a credit of up to $500 toward the purchase of a wedding dress, as part of the promotional offer. This credit may be applied in one of the following ways:

1. As a credit toward the Client's second or third venue payment; or
2. Paid directly to the bridal boutique, pending coordination of a scheduled phone call with the boutique for a time that works for both V&V Farms and the boutique. V&V Farms is not available immediately for this transaction, it must be scheduled and coordinated. The boutique must be able to accept all forms of payments, including over the phone and be able to accommodate multiple payments on the single transaction that Client must confirm with the boutique. If the boutique does not allow multiple payments for the single transaction and/or cannot accommodate V&V Farms form of payment, the credit will be issued as option 1 states. 

To be eligible for the credit, Client must provide a valid and itemized receipt from the bridal boutique as proof of purchase. This receipt must clearly state the name of the boutique, the date of purchase, and the total amount paid. No credit will be issued without proper documentation.

• Participants must book V&V Farms as their wedding venue before July 31, 2025.
• Booking must include a signed contract and paid deposit during the promotional period to qualify.
• Participants must be 18 years or older and legal residents of the United States.
• Only one dress giveaway per booking/couple.
• Giveaway is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or credit.
• The wedding must be scheduled to occur within 18 months of booking to qualify for the promotion.

• The awarded dress is valued up to $500 USD. 
• Any cost exceeding $500 will be the responsibility of the recipient

• Offer is valid only during the month of June/July 2025 and cannot be applied retroactively to past bookings.
• This promotion may not be combined with other discounts, promotions, or packages unless explicitly stated.
• V&V Farms reserves the right to verify eligibility and deny the giveaway if promotional conditions are not met.
• V&V Farms reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time without notice if unforeseen circumstances arise.
• By participating, clients agree to allow V&V Farms to use their name and image for promotional purposes, including social media and web advertising, without additional compensation.
• The recipient will receive the $500 once the venue rental contract is fully executed and deposit has been received. In the event of a venue cancellation by the client for any reason, the $500 credit must be returned to V&V Farms in full within 7 days of the cancellation notice. If the credit has already been used or disbursed, the client agrees to reimburse V&V Farms the full amount of $500. 

This promotion is in accordance with North Carolina General Statutes regarding promotional giveaways:

• No purchase necessary clauses do not apply since the promotion is conditional on a venue booking (which is considered a purchase of services).
• As this is a conditional promotional gift (not a game of chance or sweepstakes), it is not subject to lottery laws under NC Gen. Stat. § 14-309.15.
• All applicable state and local laws, including tax reporting responsibilities, apply. Winners may be required to complete a W-9 form if the value of the giveaway meets federal tax reporting thresholds.
